CLOSED BORDERS: RWANDA AND BURUNDI STILL DIVIDED
On 8 November 2015 in Kigali, President Paul Kagame of Rwanda spoke about the crisis in Burundi. He said the situation reminded him of Rwanda in 1994. He warned that Burundi must not repeat the genocide that killed more than 800,000 people.
